Conor is a former RTE Radio producer with 40 years experience in journalism. In his career with RTE produced several flagship RTE Radio shows including Today with Pat Kenny, Today with Sean O’Rourke, Sunday with Miriam and Marian Finucane. He was also Producer in Charge for several on the main evening news/current affairs programme Drivetime and editor of Morning Ireland.
During his time in the RTE Newsroom Conor was a Television bulletin editor working on the Six One and News at Nine.
Conor started his career in a local newspaper, The Dundalk Democrat. He moved to Belfast and worked with Downtown Radio for seven years at the height of the Troubles in the 1980’s. He trained as a BBC Producer in London and went on to work in BBC Local Radio.
He was a winner of the New York Festivals Award for a Sunday with Miriam programme on the Kingsmill massacre.
In addition, Conor set up the Radio Ireland/Today FM news service as news editor of the commercial radio in 1997.

Evelyn is a proud Gaeilgeoir, and her memoir ‘Dear Ross’, about her experiences dealing with breast cancer during pregnancy was a no. 1best seller when it was published in 2014.
